DOT Secretary Gottlieb to attend January 3 Town Board meeting

Wisconsin DOT Secretary Mark Gottlieb will attend the January 3, 2012, meeting of the Minocqua Town Board. It is Secretary Gottlieb’s desire to hear concerns first hand regarding the Highway 51 reconstruction project.
The meeting agenda will be almost entirely devoted to a listening session for the Secretary as relates to the project. This is an opportunity for those who are able to attend to register concerns at the highest level of the DOT.
This meeting will not resolve all issues nor answer all questions; nevertheless, we felt it was important to honor the Secretary’s request to attend the chosen meeting date and for us collectively, in turn, to receive feedback first hand from the head of the DOT.
The meeting time is 6:00 P.M. in the Board Room (3rd floor) of the Minocqua Community Center located at 415 Menominee Street.
