Paying Your Real Estate Tax Bill

Real Estate Tax bills will be mailed out to property owners in mid-December, 2020. The deadline for paying the first installment of your Real Estate Tax bill is February 3rd, 2021.

If you send your payment by mail, a postmark by February 3rd is acceptable. Mail to: Town Treasurer, 415 Menominee St., Suite 300, Minocqua, WI 54548. All payments made after February 3rd must be sent to Oneida County Treasurer, P.O. Box 400, Rhinelander, WI 54501.
