On November 11, 2017, the Town of Minocqua adopted an ordinance placing restrictions on where sex offenders can reside within the Town’s boundaries. A sex offender shall not reside within one thousand five hundred (1,500) feet of any property that supports or is frequented by children, or where children congregate.
